PestMan (uaepestman.com) is operated by UAE PestMan, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We can be contacted at info@uaepest.com.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form submissions: name, phone, email, emirate, property type, service required, and free-text description of your problem.
- Technical data: anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics 4 if enabled).
- Cookies: only essential cookies plus analytics (with consent in supported regions).
3. How we use it
We use submitted data solely to contact you about your enquiry and to provide pest control services. We do not sell or rent data. We may share contact details with our technician dispatch system to schedule your visit.
4. Data retention
Contact data is retained for 24 months for service follow-up and warranty handling, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@uaepest.com. We respond within 14 days.
6. Security
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Workers endpoint, then forwarded to our email system. We use industry-standard protections but cannot guarantee absolute security on transmission.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
