1. Acceptance
By using this website (PestMan) or engaging UAE PestMan for pest control services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We provide pest control treatments compliant with Dubai Municipality, Sharjah Municipality, Abu Dhabi authority and Tadweer guidance. Specific service scope is set out in your individual quote and invoice.
3. Warranty
Residential treatments include a 30–90 day warranty depending on pest type. The warranty covers re-treatment of the same pest at the same address if it returns within the warranty period.
The warranty is void if: structural modifications occur, additional infestations are introduced from elsewhere, or the property has unaddressed sanitation issues beyond our scope.
4. Pricing & payment
Quoted prices are inclusive of materials and labour. VAT applies where required. Payment is due on completion of service unless commercial credit terms have been agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the visit are free of charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a AED 100 visit fee.
6. Safety
Every treatment is preceded by a safety check. Please inform us before our arrival of: pregnant residents, infants under 1, immune-compromised individuals, pets (with species), and any chemical sensitivities or allergies.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not liable for incidental damage caused by pre-existing conditions or for damage we did not directly cause.
8. Disputes
Disputes are subject to UAE law and the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
